This project involved me working with a small team of program managers, technologists, and designers to develop a strategy around using phones and tablets to enhance experiences on the Xbox.
My role primarily was to lead the design team members and define key use cases through storyboarding and prototyping. I was also involved in pitching the project to design leadership to obtain support for an initial release.
The initial Xbox Living Room Companion app was greenlit and launched in 2012, followed by Xbox SmartGlass in 2013.
